Such a long hiatus, kan? Well, since it's still Syawal, I'd like to wish uols

Really hope you had the best raya celebration ever!

This year, I was so fortunate. It's supposed to be my in-laws' turn but they decided to carry out an open house on the third of Syawal. So my hubby informed that we'd be leaving to PB on the 3rd day ler. We're in SP on the 1st raya AGAIN! Guess what? All my siblings were in SP at the same time. A BIG WOW!

Before that, my house needed some facelift lar. Together, we made sure the lights lit up the last night of Ramadan.

Hi uols,

How's your raya celebration this year? Today, my son had an appointment at Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim. So I took a day off to accompany him. But today's entry has nothing to do with his visit, wokey! It's all about raya. I'm sure you have snapped many photos on Hari Raya. Just imagine... I, at first, wasn't in mood of celebrating the day... But thanks to my youngers sisters Yun & Kak Cik (her name is Nooraini but we call her Kak Chik since she's a baby), I was transformed in a split second. Knp? X cayer? Uols tgk ler sendiri.... hehehehe...

On the 1st of Syawal, there're only my family (MCA, my kids & me), Mak, Abah, my younger brothers (Kimi & Fadzli), my younger sis (Kak Chik & Yun) & her son aka my nephew (Ayip). I came quite late (nearly at noon). Sorry yer... Kemaskini rumah sendiri dolu...;)So are u ready to see our lovely... handsome faces?

Let me introduce my happy family..... The Orange Family!MCA wasn't so keen of bright orange so he opted for peach... OK ler tu... suku sakat oren gak.. & my lil gal kebaya... grey & orange.. cotton... her fave kebaya, i think.

Maybe because of my weight loss (another 4.7kg) in Ramadhan or the eyeliner?

Today, I'm at home, not at work.... bukan saje-saje nak ponteng yek! My cold ni tak kebah-kebah lagi.... so went to a clinic (gomen tau, bkn private), got my medicine & got MC too... jangan jeles yer... Kan dah cakap td, mmg tak sihat, takkan nak tipu. Berdosa tau tipu-tipu...

So, while resting, I pun upload the raya pictures taken from FB. My nephew Asyraf uploaded the pics yesterday. Mine? Hehehe.... byk sgt kamera so I didn't use mine. Sebenornye.... tertinggal kamera kat rumah. Alah, zaman skrg tak pyh pegi cuci kat kedai baru dpt gambar... There're so many ways to get the photos. All these photos are from Asyraf's raya photos in FB. Tima kacih Asyraf!!! TQVM! Arigato! Syukran! Gracias!

Still in Syawal & feel so reluctant to go back to work! Plus the teary eyes, the runny nose, the pain all over my body! As well as the stomachache! Ouch! Too much ketupat palas? Too much food after a month of fasting? The weather? As usual, excuses.. excuses..excuses..

But I'm dead serious here! I want to have fun but I don't have the strength! Luckily, my brain is safe & sound. My fingers are a little bit numb but... nevermind. They function well. By the way, exercise is goooood.... even though only my fingers move, not my body.. ha!ha! ha!

Football on TV1 now....Kedah vs Perak.... so irony coz I'm a Kedahan & my Cik Abe is a Perakian. But I won't side any of them. My interest in football has deteriorated somehow. I have lost it. My new toys are waiting for my magical touch! Just wait & see... When I'm 200% ready, I'll share them.

Need to go & get tissue.... Wet! Wet! Wet! Sooo uncomfortable. I'll take a break. Chow!

It's already October. Wow, time really flies fast. Here I am, sharing my thoughts AGAIN in this blog. As if people are interested to read any of my writings. Who cares! I'm here to write (err..type?) so what?

It's still Syawal & I believe a lot of Malaysians are still attending open houses. Somehow, I feel this year there are not too many open houses compared to last year. Is it my imagination? Or maybe I'm not in KL. This year, I did get invitations but I had to decline many of them. Reasons? They are so simple. First, the venues are too far. I'm in Kedah & the hosts are in KL, Selangor, or Perak.... Second, the time itself is not suitable. Besides, there's only one Roshida. I can't clone myself & let my other Roshida attend the open house on my behalf. Hello....I'm still sane. Why should I tire myself. I don't need to force myself if I really can't go. Wait till the break comes. I'll make sure I'll be vengeful & visit them one by one, insyaAllah.

My open house? Our open house? We are still thinking & I'm not sure whether we'll do it this year. Both of us are quite busy. There are tons to do. If we want to carry out our very open house, planning is very vital. Of course, I won't cook. I'm hopeless in cooking for dozens of people. I'll let my beloved sweetheart do it. He's good at it. I'll be his assistant. I'm good at being one. It's just the cleaning up that I loathe. I have to be the mistress of the cleaning project. He's just my supporter. He's a good helper but sometimes it takes a lot of effort to ensure everybody, including my kids, share the burden. Many hands make work light. Oh yeah... sometimes too many hands make mess & not the same hands help clear up the mess. Trust me.

So...are we having our open house???? Let time be the judge. To have an open house or not to have an open house.....that's the question.... I dare not answer because I myself do not have the answer YET! Till then...I rest myself....
