MY MERRY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!

Guess what? It never happened before but I hope it won't be the last!

Remember when I mentioned earlier my birthday was spent without My Cik Abe (MCA) HERE ? I was thinking of spending some time with my Miss Singer that evening but after 6p.m. he called, wished me "Happy Birthday" & then told me to be ready for a dinner treat at Le Boss Restaurant. Hmmm.... such a splendid idea, knowing that we haven't been there for ages.

A few minutes later... jeng... jeng... jeng...

A knock on the door.... Someone was outside, calling for the tenant... Me lah... Sapa lagik... hehehe.. A Chinese lady smiled and said "Hari ni harijadi u kan?" I simply nodded..

"For you.. Happy Birthday!"

Unexpected sunny delivery reached my gloomy home.. All of a sudden.... it brightened my day!It made sense... The silence had irritated me since morning... but hey! MCA was forgiven for taking soooo long to celebrate my 39th birthday! Did I mention 39? Alah, age is just a number...

I love u Abang... It's the thought that counts... but showering me with presents is always all right.... love 'em all! ahak! ahak!

So, let me present you my very first bouquet of flowers from my dear hubby, MCA... knowing him so well.... flowers won't be listed in his choices of presents at all.. but you know la, men are really full of surprises... & yup! I was pleasantly surprised..Luckily, they aren't real flowers coz I prefer to keep them long.. xder layu2... legaaa...

Then, in the evening we had dinner with the kids...who prefered their fave restaurants but had to bear with their father's choice coz it's not their birthdays... hahaha!!!

As usual, my lil gal still had time posing...

& my fave is of course ice lemon tea... mlm tu x main ler pantang ais... belasah jer... hikss!!

My grilled chicken with black pepper sauce, coleslaw & spaghetti.. yummy... yummy.... hmmm... MCA's choice too...
Raina's choice... nasi goreng kampung..... amboi, byknyer.... almost RM10 u... hehehe..

My boys opted for Western food... mcm biasa..

Today is my birthday!

Happy? Well, nothing much to celebrate coz it's a reminder that I'm a year older..(sigh!) but a little bit in a festive mood as I'm a year wiser..hmmm.. really? A cake again this year? No idea. Even MCA hasn't mentioned anything.... Not even a birthday wish from him! Nothing verbally. No SMS. No call. Hmmm... a tactic trying to act normal but the truth is he's hiding the surprise from me or who knows... he's forgotten coz he's too busy entertaining his clients but me? I don't give a damn! I like my quiet time today.... writing, blogging & maybe sewing tonight? Such a brilliant idea! I'm really in need of a new wallet! My present wallet sucks. The zipper is beyond repair.. ouch!!

I always await April every year. It should be the joyous month as my birthday is in it.. However, almost everyone was under the weather especially my eldest son..:( Nevermind!
