SPAGETI ALA MAK!

Rupa Spageti Ala Mak Versi No Telur..

Ehem, dgn wajah yg merah ( kes malu tp mau), maka marilah cuba resepi yg I cipta spesel for my kids. Dh ada yg cuba & I'm proud to tell u all, they like it. So mai la kita cuba try test tgk....

Bahan2nye adalah:
Spageti
butter / margarine / cooking oil (mana2 yg ada d dapur)
bawang putih / garlic (dihiris kecik2)
bawang besar / onion (kalau blh holland onion...ala, yg kaler kuning tu... )
stok / kiub ayam (any brand)
ayam / udang (ikut suka nk letak @ tak. Kalau letak lg best)
fish ball (tak paksa tp kalau letak pon OK)
sayur (preferably kobis tp nk letak kangkung pon no hal.)
carrot (kalau nk nmpak ada kaler)
air secukupnye
garam & lada sulah (secukup rasa)
telur (kalau nk)

Macam mana nk buat ye? Senang je. Kita guna konsep campak je tp pastikn bawang & sayur tu dh dpotong / dhiris ye. Okay, are u ready? Gini caranya ikut stail mama moden Rosh....

1. Jerang air dulu dlm periuk. Bila dh mendidih baru masukkn spageti. Kalau nk spageti nmpk licin boleh masukkn minyak / marjerin / minyak tp sikit je tau. Bubuh cukupkn syarat je.
2. Sementara tu, blh le hangatkn kuali. Then masukkn minyak masak ke atau kalau nk lebih yummy & fattening, cuba le planta ke, butter ke. Bila minyak dh panas, tumis bawang putih & sedikit bawang besar yg dipotong kecil. Jgn masukkn semua bawang besar tau. Reserve some for the next step.
3. Bila dh naik bau, campak je stok / kiub pati ayam. Pastikn pembalutnya dbuka ya. Kacau supaya sebati & masukkn air ikut suka. Kalau nk berkuah, lebihkn air. kalau nk dry, sikit je air pun dh OK.
4. Lps tu masukkanlah bahan2 ayam, fish ball atau udang atau sotong (pastikan yg segar, bkn yg kering). It's up to u all. Ikut citarasa. kalau d dapur xde bhn2 tu xpe. Belasah je ikan bilis tp pastikn ikan bilis masuk kuali sblm air!
5. Seterusnya, bila bhn dh sebati, bubuh le garam secukup rasa. kacau, kacau & kacau... masa ni baru le masukkn bawang besar yg direservekn sebentar td. Masa ni nk masukkn sayur pun cantik. Kalau blh x nk masak sayur lama sgt. Tp kalu nak masukkn carrot, kena masukkn awal2 td sbb nk bg carrot empuk.
6. Spageti yg dh kembang (so make sure masak spageti dulu. Kalau x jenuh tunggu) boleh le dmasukkn ke dlm kuali yg menanti. Gunalah senduk ke, sudip ke utk kacau bahan2 dlm kuali agar sebati.
7. Kalau nk 'over' lg, blh masukkn telur k dalam spageti & gaul telur & spageti smpai sebati. X nk letak pun ok. Blh gak letak lada sulah secukup rasa.
8. Kacau, kacau, kacau smpai rasa dh cukup masak. (ehem, guna instinct memasak yg sedia ada tu ye)
9. Tutup api, masukkn spageti yg siap tu ke dlm bekas & bolehlh dmakan dgn famili tercinta. Kepada peminat makanan pedas, masuk le lada tu byk sikit. Nk lg kau, masukkn cili kering masa tumis.

Jgn risau. My recipe is designed for busy mum like me. Senang je. Campak je bahan2 tu. Tak pyh nk sukat2. Agak2 je. Sbb tu nama resepi ni SPAGETI ALA MAK sbb mmg sempoi, mudah & bdk2 pun suka. Bila dh siap, blh le bgtau diri sndiri..."ALAMAK! DH SIAP YE SPAGETI ALA MAK NI! ALAMAK! MUDAHNYE..." Jgn lupa puji masakan tu walaupun org lain tak puji.

One more thing, ada tip utk anda semua. Ehem... masa memasak tu masaklah dgn penuh kasih sayang sbb kita kn nk memasak utk org2 tersayang tmasuklh utk diri kita sendiri. Sbb tu Spageti Ala Mak ni sedap!Tak lain tak bkn sbb yg masak tu kita sendiri...hehehe..

p.s. bab masukkn kangkung tu acah je ye. I pun x cuba lg so x tau le apa rasanya....hehehe..

My Off Day!


No school today. Not for everyone but only me. Thanks to the stomach pain caused by the food I consumed yesterday. Thank God, it isn't severe or I'll end up at the hospital. I'm one lucky lady.


Soooo, the moral value of this story is..... delicious food is good... but too much delicious food can kill you...hehehehe... well, the pic suddenly makes me starving.... Makan utk hidup atau hidup utk makan? (Eat to live or live to eat?) Errr... both? hehehe...

THE TWO BIG DAYS!


HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO ME!


HAPPY BELATED MOTHER'S DAY!!




This year, the celebrations for these two BIG days were soooo boring. I didn't feel like celebrating them at all! Everybody seemed to forget the importance of the days! I shouldn't complain. I did get a birthday cake! All thanks to my dearest boy, Ijan who kept on pestering his Abah to buy me the cake. He even bought me a cute green brooch this year. I was really touched. Luckily, he was extremely eager & he made the day so much more beautiful.

Even Mother's Day was like any normal day. Nothing! I had to remind my kids. But again, why should I complain. My little princess Raina did give me a handmade Mother's Day card a few days earlier. Maybe she gave it too early. That's why I didn't celebrate it this year. Arghhh!

Still, I think I've to say this aloud...."HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL MOTHERS IN THIS WORLD!". Is that all? Yeah, that's all. No further complaint! Fullstop.
